Marvellous location of the hotel close to airport. Our rooms were functional and new-fashioned. - Loved this low budget venue, and we would love to stay here again.

I liked that we were 20 mins from everything. There were different options of places to eat. It was a quit area

It took forever for the cleaning lady to come. We had the sign up for days. We had flag her down just to take the garbage out. The owner was rude but her employees tried to help us the best that they could.

Free parking, room is large enough, comfortable bed, there is a fridge, room's clean.

Noisy air conditioning, poor breakfast.

The building and rooms here are nice with all the amenities, in a great location surrounded by good restaurants, making it a decent place for a vacation stay.

Omg this motel was great. Clean towels was changed daily, I got wifi from a block away, even in the rooms. This place was very clean. Busses run frequently to aventura mall, 163rd street, downtown. It was great. Staff was friendly.

The location here is fantastic, within walking distance of a bus stop, and the restaurant offers delicious food with friendly staff.

The rooms are newly renovated, new furniture and bathrooms.

This place had practical rooms that were just right, and the staff here were really friendly. They even served pancakes and eggs for breakfast, which was a nice touch. Everything was simply good! 👍

New room clean small old school

Old plumbing not fixed with new room. Junk toilet and brand new tub still doesn't drain. Brand new drywall dust all over room. Makes for a sneezy stay. Try the new yorker for less money. Stayed ay shailmar after NYer sold out. NYer head is swelling may become pricy also.

The hotel had a magnificent and easy location close to Miami Beach, Cruise Port, and the harbor. the staff were excellent and knew their area. the room was air-conditioned and a good size with enough space for toiletries in the bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location was excellent. Down the street from Bayside Marketplace and extremely close to the Port of Miami. Although, the outside appeared to be outdated, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive to our minor requests and provided quality customer service. We will definitely look into staying at the Shalimar Motel when we take our next cruise.

Please update your reservation system. I was asked several times if I was sure I had booked for that specific night upon checking in. I gave the attendent my confirmation information and he still had trouble locating my reservation. Upon being assisted my another staff member, they were able to locate my reservation and check my party in.

The staff is very Helpfull and very Professional!!!!
